I use this on my super dry heals and elbows. They are so dry they crack and hurt. I use this salve when I’m going to have socks on (usually overnight or before work) bc it’s a little oily but it leaves my skin so soft and they don’t hurt anymore after using it consistently. They feel so smooth. I’m a nurse and use a lot of hand sanitizer. My knuckles get dry and crack as well. Use this at night and there is a significant difference by morning. Added bonus- it smells good too.
